حذف البيانات

يمكنك أن تطلب حذف بياناتك التي وصلتنا عبر WhatsApp أو Instagram أو Facebook أو TikTok أو الهاتف أو نماذجنا الإلكترونية.
كيف تطلب الحذف
- أرسل رسالة إلى dr.ammar.al.yousef.uae@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات».
- اذكر ما يساعدنا على إيجاد بياناتك: اسمك، ورقم الهاتف الذي تواصلت منه، أو اسم المستخدم على المنصة (مثل اسمك على Instagram أو Facebook أو TikTok).
- اذكر إن كنت تريد حذف كل بياناتك أو جزءاً منها فقط.
يمكنك أيضاً أن تطلب الحذف برسالة على واتساب أو في رسالة خاصة على حساباتنا، وسنحوّلها إلى الفريق.
ماذا يحدث بعد ذلك
- نؤكد استلام طلبك خلال 3 أيام عمل، وقد نطلب منك ما يثبت أن البيانات تخصك.
- نحذف البيانات خلال 30 يوماً من تأكيد هويتك، ونبلغك عند الانتهاء.
- نحذف الرسائل والتعليقات والصور والمستندات التي أرسلتها، ومعلومات التواصل المحفوظة لدينا ولدى مزوّدي الخدمة الذين يعملون لصالحنا.
ما قد لا يُحذف
إذا كنت مريضاً لدى الدكتور، فقد يلزمنا القانون في دولة الإمارات بالاحتفاظ بالسجل الطبي وسجلات الدفع لمدة محددة. في هذه الحالة نحذف كل ما لا يلزم الاحتفاظ به، ونشرح لك ما بقي ولماذا.
الحذف من المنصة مباشرة
يمكنك أيضاً حذف تعليقك أو رسالتك مباشرة من Instagram أو Facebook أو TikTok أو WhatsApp. وهذا لا يحذف ما وصل إلى سجلاتنا قبل ذلك، فراسلنا إن أردت حذفه أيضاً.
Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete your data that reached us through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, phone or our online forms.
How to request deletion
- Email dr.ammar.al.yousef.uae@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include what helps us find your data: your name, the phone number you contacted us from, or your username on the platform (for example your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok name).
- Say whether you want all of your data deleted or only part of it.
You can also ask for deletion in a WhatsApp message or a direct message to our accounts, and we will pass it to the team.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request within 3 working days, and may ask you to show that the data is yours.
- We delete the data within 30 days of verifying your identity, and tell you when it is done.
- We delete the messages, comments, photos and documents you sent, and the contact details held by us and by the service providers working for us.
What may not be deleted
If you are a patient of the doctor, UAE law may require us to keep your medical record and payment records for a set period. In that case we delete everything we are not required to keep, and explain to you what remains and why.
Deleting directly on the platform
You can also delete your own comment or message directly on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or WhatsApp. That does not delete what already reached our records, so write to us if you want that deleted too.
