نتعامل مع بيانات المرضى على أنها سرّية. هذه الصفحة تشرح كيف نحميها، وتكمّل سياسة الخصوصية.
الوصول
- لا يطّلع على ملفات المرضى إلا الطبيب المعالج والمساعدات التي تعمل لصالحه، وبالقدر اللازم لعملها.
- تصل المساعدات إلى حسابات الطبيب نفسه فقط (مثل Google Drive وZoho وحسابات التواصل الرسمية)، عبر الواجهات البرمجية الرسمية وبإذنه. ويمكن للطبيب سحب هذا الإذن في أي وقت.
- تُحفظ مفاتيح الوصول وكلمات المرور في مخازن أسرار مخصصة، لا في الشيفرة البرمجية ولا في الرسائل.
النقل والتخزين
- تعمل صفحاتنا ونماذجنا عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS).
- تُحفظ الملفات في حساب Google Drive الخاص بالطبيب وفي Zoho CRM، ولا يُنشر منها شيء للعامة.
- الملفات المؤقتة التي تُنشأ أثناء المعالجة تُحذف عند انتهاء كل عملية.
المراجعة البشرية
كل مستند طبي تُعدّه الأدوات مسوّدة يراجعها الطبيب قبل أن تصل إلى المريض. والمسائل الحساسة والشكاوى تُحال إلى الفريق ولا يرد عليها رد آلي.
المزوّدون
نستعمل مزوّدي خدمة معروفين (مذكورين في سياسة الخصوصية) ونعطي كلاً منهم أقل صلاحية تكفي لعمله.
إذا حدث خلل أمني
إذا علمنا بوصول غير مصرّح به إلى البيانات، نوقفه ونقيّم أثره، ونبلغ الأشخاص المتأثرين والجهات المختصة حسب ما يتطلبه القانون في دولة الإمارات.
الإبلاغ عن ثغرة
إذا وجدت مشكلة أمنية في أي من صفحاتنا أو أنظمتنا، راسلنا على dr.ammar.al.yousef.uae@gmail.com، ونرجو ألا تصل إلى بيانات أي شخص أو تنشر تفاصيل المشكلة قبل أن نصلحها.
Security

We treat patient data as confidential. This page explains how we protect it and complements our Privacy Policy.
Access
- Only the treating doctor and the assistants working for him can see patient files, and only as far as their work requires.
- The assistants access only the doctor's own accounts (such as Google Drive, Zoho and the official social accounts), through official APIs and with his authorisation. The doctor can revoke that access at any time.
- Access keys and passwords are kept in dedicated secret stores, never in source code or in messages.
Transfer and storage
- Our pages and forms are served over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Files are stored in the doctor's own Google Drive and in Zoho CRM; nothing is made public.
- Temporary working files created during processing are deleted when each run ends.
Human review
Every medical document prepared by the tools is a draft that the doctor reviews before it reaches a patient. Sensitive matters and complaints are passed to the team and are not answered automatically.
Providers
We use established service providers (listed in the Privacy Policy) and give each one the least access it needs.
If a security incident happens
If we learn of unauthorised access to data, we stop it, assess its impact, and notify the affected people and the competent authorities as UAE law requires.

If you find a security problem in any of our pages or systems, write to dr.ammar.al.yousef.uae@gmail.com. Please do not access anyone's data or publish details of the problem before we fix it.
